1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mabel & Fern website and any purchases you make from us.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After receiving your order, we will send you an acknowledgement by email. An acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

A contract between you and Mabel & Fern is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;

  • there is an obvious pricing or description error;

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or

  • we cannot fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order.

If you need to change or cancel an order after placing it, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once an order has begun processing or has been dispatched.

Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.

5. Prices & Payment

Prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

The total amount payable, including applicable delivery charges and taxes, will be shown during checkout before you place your order.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

If we discover an obvious pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you and give you the option to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the affected item or order for a full refund.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the times stated on our website. Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise with you.

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where an exception permitted by law applies, for example certain personalised or made-to-order products.

Please read and follow all product descriptions, warnings, care instructions, age recommendations and safety information supplied with our products.

Mabel & Fern is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services.

However, products purchased from the Mabel & Fern store are sold by Mabel & Fern and not by Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of the products you purchase from Mabel & Fern.

Your contractual relationship in respect of purchases made from our store is with Mabel & Fern.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain personal information in connection with providing its services and operating the e-commerce platform.
